Chris DeVito

Partner / Creative Director

Chris is largely responsible for the excellent body of work that comes from this agency.Throughout his twenty-five years in the business he has been incredibly innovative, a strategic thinker who believes great creative needs to be judged by the results it achieves.

Chris started his career as an Art Director at Young & Rubicam, working on Adidas, Colgate, United Negro College Fund, Holiday Inn, IBC Root Beer, the US Postal Service and Xerox. His creative for the US Army continues to be recognized as one of the most successful recruitment efforts in Army ROTC history.

As an award winning Creative at Bates USA, Chris helped raise the profile of Texaco, Wendy’s, EDS (Electronic Data Systems), Cunard Cruise Lines, Champs Sports, Footlocker and Miller Beer, where his work was integral in re-freshing an American classic with the repositioning of the “MGD” brand.

Frank DeVito

Partner / President

Starting his career at BBDO and then at Young & Rubicam, Frank rose to become Creative Director of Y&R NY. His award winning work included Johnson & Johnson, Eastern Airlines, Merrill Lynch, General Foods/Kraft and the highly acclaimed “Be A Pepper” campaign for Dr Pepper.

Frank went on to join LINTAS NY a President, Creative Director, overseeing clients like IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Coca- Cola, Diet Coke “Just For the Taste of It”, Unilever, Hanes, Nabisco, MasterCard, Cover Girl, Maybelline “Maybe She’s Born With It. Maybe It’s Maybelline”, Lipton, Heineken and Molson. He was elevated to Vice Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of LINTAS Worldwide, overseeing LINTAS’ worldwide creative product and driving multi-national brands around the world.

An idea we borrowed from Picasso

Picasso, as a young artist could draw with great precision. Over a course of years he drew the same bull. Each time, stripping away non-essentials. Until finally, he was left with the same bull, but now reduced to about 5 or 6 lines. Same bull! This philosophy, first find the essence of the brand, then build from there, defines us as an agency and shapes everything we do, from strategy to positioning to creative, media, production and beyond. Before we create a single idea, we set out to understand the essence of a brand, its core equity, its definition, its unique qualities and its potential. We strip away all the non-essentials and get to the core of the brand, then build to create something essential, exciting and enduring.
