Build on J&J’s brand equity of caring and trust, manifested in the relationship between mother, baby and J&J. Instill the importance of touch (a J&J brand equity) between parents and child.

Raised J&J’s industry leading approval rating from a high of 92% to an amazing 94% approval.  No easy task.
