The Challenge

A recruitment and retention campaign to address the critical nursing shortage in America.

The Idea

The Result

Campaign turned around a declining rate of enrollment in nursing schools of 9% annually to a plus of 17%.  A 26% turnaround in enrollment!!!  Plus added retention.
